Badminton Rubberized Floor Development

Photos showing the stages of preparation and installation of badminton courts using Venture Rubberized Sports Floor System to reduce knee injury and to give better traction. For more details on Venture Rubberized Sports Floor details, refer here.

Step 1 - Old wooden badminton court traced and sliced out for the new rubberized surface. Remaining glue is scraped out.

Step 2 - Concrete surface is applied with black SBR rubber chips. Leveling tools were used to ensure rubber chips stay compact.

Step 3 - Rubber chips are compacted for a smooth rubberized surface before chemical is poured on-situ for a seamless, level, one-whole surface without joints.

Step 4 - Workers working hard round-the-clock to complete the rubberized floor badminton courts in a efficient and professional manner.

Step 5 - Chemical liquid is left to set and to provide a rubber texture to the floor surface.

Step 6 - Badminton court lines are drawn and protective sealer is used to cover the surface.
